Are the profits over after the initial sale to your customers?  Not necessarily.  There is the sale and then the back-end sale.  Some marketers make even more money on the back-end sale than they did on the initial sale.  Learn how they do it.

Let’s use an ebook as the product model.  First you need to write the ebook and fill it full of useful information that will make the buyer happy they purchased your ebook.  You may use the ebook to drive traffic to you site, but you can also use it for back-end sales. These are the sales that take place within the book when you recommend a product to help the reader accomplish a particular task.  When you recommend the product you use an affiliate link so you can be paid when the reader buys this secondary product.

It’s important that any back-end sales are done with integrity.  Don’t put so many affiliate linked products in your ebook that it becomes one big ad.  If you do, you can bet the buyer will be asking for their money back and back-end sales will not happen. Also, make sure you have used the products you are recommending so that you know for certain they actually work!

Back-end sales can happen with any number of product sales.  Absolutely all sales should include the acquisition of the customers email so that you can market to them again when you have a new product.  They are a proven buyer and this makes them a number one prospect for your future products or services where back-end sales can happen yet again.
